I drive a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland that has an air suspension system. We hit a huge pothole coming into Sulphur Springs. My Jeep immediately starts driving horrible and a "Service Air Suspension System" noticed popped up. We googled Jeep dealership and found our way to Sulphur Springs Dodge. The Service Advisor, Paul Zarate, sent us inside to wait for him to take a look at it. He was back inside with our key in less than 5 minutes, told us what the problem was and how to correct it if it happened again. Lucky for us it was not a big deal but had it been I think we stopped at the right place. He could not have been any nicer and obviously knew what the problem was and how to correct it immediately. Made for a much better trip after leaving there
By far the most attentive and reasonable car dealership I have ever dealt with. They were very curteous and let us look on our own for awhile. Three different salespeople asked us if we needed help while we were on the lot but politely excused themselves when we said we were just looking. When we weere finally ready to talk to a salesman they were all business with no game playing. Justa great experiece all the way around.
I met ken about four. Years ago. It was raining,cold day. He came out to us with an umbrella to greet us. We were so impressed with ken that we came back in the day and bought a truck.
