My experience with sales you more has been more than adequate they only problem that I can see that the store has is that it needs more staff. I have never had a phone or plan pushed all on me that I did not want. As for trying to make a sell I have never seen them trying to sell something to somebody that they did not want. If you want to be that way any retail store can be said as money hungry and trying to push a product down your throat and that includes Walmart. The way I look at it don't go into the store if you don't have the money to pay for it and the monthly bills. Go buy food pay your bills and then if you have the money to buy a phone then do so but you need to realize that the bill is a monthly bill. If you want a phone and can afford one then buy a prepay phone and go that route. Don't take it out on this or that sold you the phone because you couldn't afford to pay for it. Just awful, no customer service, They care nothing about their customers and encourage their staff to squeeze money out of the poorest patrons. Poorly ran from the top to the bottom. A monkey with a cell phone service would give you better customer service.
