Outstanding service/courteous at the counter and with follow up. Took my truck to 2 other shops and was not satisfied with their work/First Tire was able to solve my front end problem. They will do all of my work in the future!!

I had really bad flat tire on the beltway this week. I put my car key in the night drop box at 8:00 p.m. and by 8:30 the next morning when I called to follow up, Mark had already sent someone to pick up the replacement tire. Great work! Great people!

Took my car to your shop for inspection back in March as I moved to Texas. I was very pleased with the service and the staff. I took my car back to the shop for the next inspection. I was still very pleased. Excellent job!!! I will be back again for anything i might need.

I've been taking all of the family cars to First Tire on Eldridge for several years now. I was going to another auto repair shop very near, but gave up on them (too long of a story).

This is what I really like about First Tire. I had taken my wife's Honda to the dealer for some warranty work. The Honda service rep (as always) tried to sale some other maintenance need. The rep said my wife's Honda needed new brakes. The cost wasn't cheap, so I decided to wait and shop around. I took the Honda to First Tire for an oil change and asked the guy to look at the brakes. The mechanic said the brakes were in good condition and didn't need any work. He could have easily said otherwise. Honesty is so hard to find in an auto repair shop. Ever since then, I've had them do all my repairs. They even did some Honda extended warranty repairs. I don't recall ever having to take a car back in for a repeated issue. I can't comment on their prices, but I trust them to do the work correctly which is important. They do have coupons on the back of HEB receipts which helps.

This was my first time at First Tire and Auto andI found them very efficient. They did my inspection and everything was fine. Thank you First Tire and. Auto for being so courteous and thorough.

This automotive shop is awesome. Five stars.
