Beauty Envy Nail & Spa

I have used this salon for a number of years. They are very professional and caring to their customers. I've always had good treatment and expert care. I always receive compliments on my nails which makes me feel good. The other bad comment was probably from someone on an off day - the salon is always busy, which says a lot for it - people wouldn't keep coming if they weren't satisfied! Kim, the owner is very concerned about her customers and runs a great business.

Just moved to Sugarland and visited this salon for the first time.Thought that letting them know it was my first visit would guarantee a pleasant experience.. I felt treated as cattle when the girl rushed through my "Spa" pedicure service. The foot /leg massage that she gave me with the Spa price of 25.00 you can get yourself by shaving! so brief and never did she ask me if i was satisfied or if the pressure was ok for me as they usually do in other salons where customer satisfaction is important...she seemed ready to be done with me to get to her next customer in my 20 minute value!.. ...wonder what the basic pedicure includes. poor service, not friendly...first and last visit!
