        Do not use this practice !!!

        I HIGHLY recommend you NOT to use this practice! Husband 71 yrs old has had too many visits with teeth breaking off from upper & lower dentures, when teeth were pulled at the beginning he came home hours later choking & coughed up a molar tooth that was swallowed during procedure & they didnt catch this? .. a day later another tooth he coughed up? over the course of two years he has broken off four teeth from the dentures, missed his day of work each time as it takes a full day of repairing the denture. We are patient people and spent the extra money too 3000.00 dollars on his set !!! DO NOT GO TO AFFORDABLE DENTURES !! GO anywhere but NOT THIS PLACE !!!

        This place treats you like a factory. They never answer the phone. Can't leave a voicemail because the memory is full. It takes forever to get an appointment. When you do get a follow up appointment you end up sitting in the waiting room for over an hour waiting to be seen. All they want is your money. Office does not care about anything else. There is a reason the Dentures are so cheap. You are better off going elsewhere.

        I had a terrible experience at this office. I went in to get a tooth extracted as a self pay patient. After the extraction I had a lot of pain. The wound was not cleaned out properly and I was continually picking pieces of the broken tooth from the wound. The emergency number does not work. I got a horrible infection. I went back in for a follow up and the staff was rude to me, and did not properly check the site of the extraction and told me it was fine. I ended up in the ER two days later. The infection had gotten so bad, that my lymph nodes in my face and neck had swollen up so bad that I was having a hard time swallowing. I am now on 2 antibiotics, steroids, and pain killers. I also have to find a new dentist. This place in not professional, and it turns out not affordable as I now have hundreds of dollars in meds and ER visits to pay on top of their fee I paid out of pocket.

        Dr. Faxio's office was very well organized with gentile hands. I was able to go back to work between consultation/fittings and extractions. I am a first time denture wearer and her staff was extremely courteous and knowledgeable.

        I went to the Suffolk office on 7/5/2011. Excellent, organized service and professional staff made this visit a much better visit than was anticipated. Dr. Faxio is very attentive to the patients needs and provided excellent guidance that made my decision easy.
