        Overall

        This is the most incompetent company, and this is the most incompetent branch office. They never even try to deliver packages on time, especially next day packages that are scheduled to arrive on Saturday. Dont use UPS.

        I swear I am never going thru ups ever again!! They didn't deliver because they claim incomplete address information I just checked and the address looks complete to me funny how no one else ever has a problem delivering here with that address I listed!!!

        Every time I've gone there to drop off a package I've had no issues at all. Clerks were helpful and allow me to use their carts to haul in my boxes.

        Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Called 4 days in a row to verify a package delivery. They verified my local address here in Kenosha and still no delivery. It was to be delivered on Wednesday and I am still without my products and it is Saturday. I may or may not get a call on Monday... Again ridiculous customer care!!!!
