After making a room reservation for out of business associates, we cancelled the reservation well in advance due to a change in plans. When we looked at our credit card bill, the room charge was reflected. This place was absolutely horrible. A cheap, chintzy remodel, they used pergo floors in the rooms, which makes for waking up way to early to the clickety clack of everyone's shoes coming and going.
