I attended an event on Sunday, 12-07-14. the next day I realized they gave me the credit card of another patron. This is after suffering from horrible service in a venue that wasn't that busy to have such delays. I found the venue nice and it would be enjoyable if you didn't buy anything. This is a high level of incompetence that should never happen in an establishment.
What is even more annoying is that I've called and left messages for them to alert them of the error and no response from management. I strongly suggest that if you frequent this establishment to be in the mood to wait and expect mix ups. I will give this venue the lowest rating for their failure to be demonstrate excellence in service and customer relations.
