        Overall

        World class customer service and superb knowledge of products and services, Jay the manager provided me with more details and information that I ever knew about my account and explained to me how the insurance for the phones works, in addition to that he was multitasking like I never seen anyone do, his years of experience is really reflected on his work ethic.. I will refer every person I know to go see him or anyone on his team ...thanks sprint for employing such incredible people.
