        Overall

        Just charged my aunt a SECOND TIME FOUR MONTHS LATER! Unacceptable! Tech was late delivering back in October. The second delivery, I went to pick it up so we didn't waste a day waiting. Now, in February, she just called from CT frantic because they've charged her debit card again. Lesson learned. They're horrid.
