Surgical procedures such as spays and neuters, as well as more advanced procedures including, but not limited to, gastrointestinal and urogenital procedures, wound management and tumor removal are performed by our veterinary surgeons. We also offer many minimally invasive surgical procedures such as endoscopy and nonsurgical gastric foreign body removal. Our surgical suite is equipped with sophisticated patient monitoring equipment including pulse oximetry, EKG, and blood pressure monitors to provide your pet with the safest environment for anesthesia and surgical procedures.
One of the areas most commonly overlooked or neglected by pet owners is the mouth. Teeth that are broken, loosened by periodontal disease, infected or decayed can cause significant pain and suffering. We recommend a thorough dental examination on a regular basis for all pets that are middle age or older. Our dental services include teeth cleaning, periodontal assessment, tooth extractions and minor oral surgery.
With a complete line of sophisticated in-house laboratory equipment, we are able to perform a wide variety of diagnostic tests including hematology, serum chemistry, urinalysis and parasite testing. We also work closely with a commercial veterinary lab for specialized diagnostic testing.
