        Cain and Firley was started by Jerry Cain and Sinkka Firley. Jerry Cain, the founder, had been in public accounting since 1980, and was managing director of the firm, until he passed away in May of 2011. His experience included extensive representation before the Internal Revenue Service and testifying as an expert witness. He was a great asset to the company and will be missed dearly. Now the firm is owned and operated by Sirkka and Sinikka Firley. The mother daughter team have been working together at the firm for over 17 years.
