I had to get my christmas cards done and didn't want to go to Walmart where I've always gone. So I stopped in at Stroudsburg Foto and I'm glad I did. The staff was so helpful with helping me downloading cards and picking out the best picture to use for christmas. I will definitely return to the store again for scrapbooking pictures in the near future. Thanks Strouds Foto!!

I've been doing business with the folks at Stroudsburg Foto for more than three decades now and never hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs a camera or anything for photography. There's just no other place around where you can get such excellent service AND a competitive price. Shop local!

I knew I wanted a new camera and I knew…
I knew I wanted a new camera and I knew what I wanted... the issue was finding the best deal. I figured I would find the best deal in the weeks between Thanksgiving and Christmas and knew, through research, the approximate value I was willing to pay. Several large online retailers as well as local branches of the big box stores had the camer and lense package within my range and I was ready to go. Stroud Foto told me on Black Friday that the camera/lense would be going on sale soon so that I should hold off. They gave me an approximate price which was slightly higher than everywhere else but I was willing to pay the little bit of premium to support the local business (I grew up with parents that owned a local retail establishment). Another week went by and the sale was the following week. Just when I was getting frustrated on the third week, they called and the sale was on and I could come pick up my camera that I had reserved. I went in with the numbers of other retailers hoping to bargain but it turns out I had my math wrong! Their price was exactly what the online and large retailers had it for and they gave me a deal on a camera bag as well. I walked out extremely happy with the price and the equipment. And, despite the fact that others were waiting, they patiently walked me through the basic operation of the camera and answered any questions I had. I have no doubt that I could return for any future questions if I couldn't find the answer myself.
Now I just have to find the time to play with my new camera!!! -

Great, friendly and highly knowledgeable service. The owner and staff at Stroubsburg Photo have always been patient and helpful to me and their knowledge of the equipment they sell was top notch! You can go there as a professional photographer or as a weekend point and clicker and be treated with the same care and respect. Not sure what you want? Tell one of them what you want to do with your camera and they always have a good suggestion. As a long time customer I can say with assurance that I would not go anywhere else with my business.
