ConvenientMD Urgent Care - Greater Exeter Area

Poor, they charged me for a visit when I specifically told the intake nurse "I am here for this reason only" she says ok. Then the pa Alexis tells me she convienent md will not do what I came in for, so they just ingorged my words so they could put me through the system get paid but offer me no proper solution. The solution offered by Alexis has already been tried and was causing bad side effects, when I tried to reiterate this she got very frustrated, accused me of putting words in her mouth and basically acted like someone who should not of entered the medical field because of her blatant lack of resolve.

We have been to Convenient MD 3 times now and have been very happy each time. We had an eye injury for one child, strep throat for another and a dad that stepped on a rusty nail! Each time the service has been extremely quick and thorough. I love the on-site pharmacy, it is so helpful during late hours when our pharmacy is closed. Very impressed.

Exceptional care. Both professional and fast. This is a perfect alternative to the ED. I have also taken my son once when his primary was on vacation and I was unable to get a same day appointment (late in the day). My insurance has a $100.00 co-pay for the ED, while visiting Convenient MD is the same as an office visit. We have been a few time and the staff has been great, speaking to my children as well as myself. I will continue to use them when I need to and I am thankful they are there. I also loved to get the antibiotic I needed right there. It was a little more than my co-pay would have been, but having a sick child waiting for their medicine in the store is just torture.

So helpful,friendly and most of all Fast. I was in and out in a little over an hour! Saw Dr. Kelly he was super friendly and attentive!

I LOVE convenient MD. I have two boys and I have struggled with emergency rooms for years. We have been to convenient MD three times in the last six month, two for my kids once for myself, and each and every time they have been fast, thorough and wonderful. When they ran a strep throat test for my son it literally took less than 5 minutes, I was shocked at their speed. And, since we do not have health insurance, the pricing is very important to us. It was so affordable! Once, when I came in with a hurt foot I was charged only $50 for the x-ray. Wow. I will never again bring my kid to get $700 worth of stitches from an emergency room when convenient MD would only charge me $150! So grateful for their business model and the difference they are making in people's lives.

Great experience! Had to visit urgent care after a foot injury (cut bottom of foot very badly after falling off stand up paddle board and landing on barnacle ladened rock!). The facility is clean and well equipped. Nurses were caring and helpful as was the doctor who immediately went to work cleaning out the debris imbedded in my foot. I suppose I could complain that I had to wait close to an hour but this was so much better than a visit to an emergency room. And I was also able to get my prescription meds there which was very helpful since I left on crutches. Hope I don't have to use them again, but if so, I wouldn't hesitate and would recommend them.
