WTF happened to this place. Granted I was unimpressed the first time I visited Magnolia, but something has definitely happened to the quality of what they define as ""cupcakes"" at this place. My friend brought me some red velvet cupcakes and I am convinced that they were no more than some basic cake batter mix with food coloring and butter cream frosting. ""Butter Cream!!!"" Someone please send them a recipe, or for you folks at the bakery, if you run out of true ingredients, don't try to pass them of as red velvet. Those of us who have had good ones before know what to expect. Magnolia is riding on reputation and that ride is bumpy, slowing down, and heading for a cliff. I say good riddance! Your distain for your customers is sure to be reciprocated.
