The front page of their website says "consultations are ALWAYS free". I set up an appoinyment, confirmed that it was free, set up a sitter for my baby and drove 20 miles to get there. When I sit in the chair, the nurse says "you'll need xrays, it's going to be 90 dollars". I said "I thought the consultation was free". She said "you'll have to talk to the dentist. So the dentist comes in and tells me that the free consultations are only for dentures. I guess he doesn't know what ALWAYS FREE means. He told me the consultation will be 120 dollars. They are scam artists who lure you in and then try to get you to pay ridiculous amounts of money. The dentist was rude so I just got up and left. Don't make empty promises and blatant lies on your website, it's false advertising. They say they have digital xrays, but they have a giant old xray machine. The pictures on the website show a big, clean dental office but when I got there, it was in a strip mall, tiny, and there weren't even enough chairs for all of the elderly people that were waiting. It looked like a dental mill with chairs set up next to each other with small dividers in between. Not nice or comfortable at all.
