it is jan 6th 2009 9:05am there is a horrible icestorm this morning which would explain any expected delays. it would also explain a possible increased call volume. how ever, it does not explain the reason when i call for a cab i am treated in a manner as if i dont matter. before i could finish my first sentence the man said, "Where are you at and where are you trying to go?" i asked if he had a problem and he said that they where busy. So i ask, Is a customer not a customer when you have a lot of them? I have worked in customer service in the past and maybe this is a taxi thing and since im a first timer i am not use to this brand of customer service. my trip would have cost an estimate of 40$ (from 367 and parker to 55 and arsenal) i paid more with somebody else due to better customer service the slogan should be "low prices if you have low exsepectations 314 761 7126 Mr. Gardner I put my cell phone number down to show that i am publicly dissappointed in this business' customer service im not hiding and im not making this up. ima real customer call me and see that this is no game
