My wife had a procedure done in 2006, we paid the co-pay that day. The insurance carrier paid the bill on 11/28/06 I am looking at the statement now. Aspen double billed my insurance and sent me to a collection agency. I didn't realize it and paid the collection agency because I was worried about my credit and now I can't get my money back from Aspen Dental. They have been dodging me and lying to me ever since. I gave them the check # and the date that they cashed it from my insurance carrier and they tell me that they will get back to me in a week and never do. They will not let me speak to any supervisers and refuse to give me last names. They are very unprofessional and are taking extremely long to correct this issue we have been dealing with this for almost two years.
