On New Year's Day, when my bank's fraud protection unit froze my credit card, he was a total gentleman. Very patient with me, stayed in communication with his dispatcher, thought of a number of "think out of the box" solutions which we attempted, and even loaned me his cell phone so that I could straighten out the mess and successfully complete the transaction. I'm so glad that I'm doing business with such excellent people as yourselves!
