My son and I booked the Hummer limo a week in advance for his Military Ball. A $600 dollars advance payment was made and on the day of the Ball an additional $260 dollars was given to the driver. All the cadets complained that the driver was 2 1/2 hrs late at pick up time and had them waiting in the cold. Then the driver was cursing at them and complaining about having to do his job, rolling his eyes at the boys. The service we paid for was not given. We pretty much paid $860 dollars for a near two hour drive and at the end the driver didn't even want to drop off the kids at their homes. Numerous calls were made to the Manager named JAY, who pretty much told me the kids were liars. However all of us parents ended up picking up the kids at 3:30 am, at the deserted school with a weather temprature of 36!! Some of the girls didn't even have a sweater. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND ATTITUDE TOWARDS CUSTOMERS!
