avoid. 4600 S. Wadsworth, Denver Worst customer service experience ever. People count on a rental car for their vacations. We did everything right but were refused a car because of red-tape. The so-called 'manager' didn't seem seem to think it was his problem at all, that customers were were turned away empty-handed after making reservations far in advance. He could have done a 'work-around' but refused. My partner was in tears. Fortunately, after driving home furious, we called a competitor (Avis) and using the same credit card, had a car in 20 mins. We'd never had anything like this happen before. Companies will usually try to solve problems and help. In this case it was "Nope". I will never use Enterprise. Holly MacGregor Peter Illig
