I rented a car in Charlevoix Michigan. I opted to get the extra insurance which was roughly an extra 40 dollars. I rented the car for one day, when I went to return the car the lady (robin) told me they had a great weekend rate for only 17 dollars a day. I said "that sounds good, how much will my card be charged in total" she replied "nothing more because there is a 250 dollar deposit and you're clearly under that" When I dropped the car off I asked her how much in total everything was, she replied "193 dollars that she had given me a better deal" well needless to say the next day there was another charge on my bank account. a grand total of 472 dollars, I instantly called to ask why and she replied that because I got the insurance it charged me the extra insurance amount everyday, not just one time. I asked her 2 times in total during the rental time period how much my bank card would be deducted, both times was well less than what they actually charged. I feel extremely taken advantage of and will never do business with enterprise again. -Travis Healey
