Enterprise as a whole is shady but the humble location is the specific location I went to. I rented a car for 1 day while mine was in the shop. 4 months later Enterprise wanted to file a claim for a broken windshield damage. When I turned the car in the Enterprise associate inspected the car and we signed off that the car was brought back in good condition. When I called to find out details no one (including Cynthia Dickson in the damage recovery unit) could tell me when that damage happened, what enterprise associate filed the damage and when they found it. The claim was drop so please check your car before and after you rent and don't fall for such scandals that enterprise tries to pull off.
