I was in a wheelchair at the front of hospital when I called this service. First I waited 15 minutes, and then when no one came I called the company to ask why they hadn't come yet. The man yelled at me. First he told me that they had sent in fact sent me a cab, but that I hadn't been there.

I was told that I should have been more proactive (how, when I was unable to move in a wheelchair?) in catching the driver's attention. When I asked if they could send another one, the man asked me if I was paying with cash or voucher.

The moment I said voucher, he hung up on me.
