Overall, my experience working with everyone from Innovative was exceptional. We had serious damage from a hail storm in May 2011, but it wasn't until later that year when I had some chimney repair work done that we noticed it. Some months later, I talked to several people at Innovative. After some initial inspection, Gary Lingo came by and did an extensive inspection, and suggested I file a claim with my insurance. I felt very comfortable with the company from the outset, as they had done exceptional work throughout the neighborhood. My roof was no exception - it looks awesome. However, the most impressive work they did for me was walking me through the process, dealing with a reluctant insurance company, being present through three inspections, and making sure I received the highest quality material available. And, despite the fact that it took the insurance company over 5 months to come to reasonable terms, the project was completed in a little over a week - and this with the Shaw Art Fair weekend deadline looming). I am grateful to Gary, Patrick, Javier, and all the folks at Innovative for excellent start-to-finish work!
