I was planning to overnight a letter to Houston and went to the New Braunfels FedEx Store. The lady in the store handed me a form to complete. While completing the form a FedEx driver delivered over 10 packages to the stor and the lady started entering the boxes into the computer. I waited with the completed form and after 2 boxes I asked her if I had to wait until she entered all boxes. She told me I had to wait while she was entering all boxes from a FedEx Driver.

I left and went to the downtown New Braunfels UPS store. There was no form to complete and I was out of there within no time. In the future I will only use the UPS store.
