Driver (Marceless) had a horrible attitude and seemed to hate his job. As he loaded the car on to the flatbed, I noticed the fuel & brake lines were being crushed by the tow truck's chain. I made only 1 polite request to re-adjust the chain's position. After all it is my car. The damage done by the tow truck driver comes out of my pocket and not his. Much to my surprise his immediate response was, "If you don't like it I could leave you stranded where you stand! In fact I am going to drop your car." (meaning he was going to refuse the towing service). Shocked by his reaction, I called the office and asked for the manager (Jeff K) and he said, "Our guys know what they are doing. You will have to find another towing company to tow your car!" That was fine with me since I would rather deal with someone who would remember who the customer is and treat my car with some care and not damage anything. So they unloaded my car right where it stood. I then called another company (Arias) and they had much better service with a brighter attitude. It seems at Texas Towing, the bad attitude exhibited by the drivers just trickles downs from their management.
