Stumptown is only tasteless to those whose palates require heaping spoonfuls of sugar, creamer, and artificial flavorings. I'm surprised that Stumptown, with their notoriously high standards, allows places like Vivace and New Seasons to serve (mutilate) their espresso. Those in Portland who recognize the difference between the rich, deep, velvety, creamy, bittersweet-chocolatey goodness of an expertly crafted macchiato, and the giant dose of sugary sludge Starbucks shamefully deems a ""caramel macchiato,""also know where to find it: Stumptown and/or The Albina Press, the only place I know of to get Stumptown right.
