Disaster of a travel company

Superior cruise and travel is the most disorganized poorly managed company that I have ever used. We are planning a group trip for 20 people. When I complained about poor customer service and no one emailing/calling me back, he threatened to cancel all 20 travelers reservations shortly before the trip, breaking their half of the contract, which would have been grounds for a lawsuit. Fred identified himself as the owner of the company and also changed his original promise to give one couple $100 discount for each 2 people who booked, the whole reason we decided to work with them. Fred avery verbalized that we were given price matching on every couple. My response was... "if i am not mistaken, that is part of your company policy." Worst customer service, will not follow up, will threaten to cancel your contract, will not keep promises, inconsistent point of contact. If the representative is off or on vacation when you need help, no one in the company can help. You must wait until that representative is back from vacation. I have been traveling around the world for 25 years and have never encountered such unprofessional conduct in any company that I have worked with. Please take your money elsewhere and save the hassle of going through what we have experienced.
