Try the Burnt Ends! Jack Stack is another stop on the BBQ trail of BBQ capital of the world, Kansas City. This one, however, is aimed at being upscale (though nothing too crazy, it's BBQ not French food). Instead of gas station ambiance (which is certainly fine some of the time) Jack's is a more commercialized and you can get a bbq sandwich with even French bread wrapping the succulent smoked meat. The specialty is burnt ends though, crispy to moist in one bite.
