2nd long time customer not happy
I used Davila Pharmacy for over 8 years, several months ago I began not receiving ALL of my supplies I was supposed to get. I called and they said it would be sent out. I NEVER received it. The next month came and the same thing happened. This went on for 3 months. I had enough I called and said I would no longer be using them due to not receiving products my disabled daughter relied on. I know they were getting paid for the products because my daughters insurance sends me a letter telling me what all they have paid for in detail. Now after months of not using them due to not receiving some of the products my daughter was due, TODAY, June 12, 2009 what do I get in the mail. I letter from my insurance that Davila was trying to bill for products my daughter used to get from them, it has been over 3 months since I stopped service with them and NOW, they are billing my daughters insurance for May of 09 THROUGH November 09. That tells me they have no clue what they are doing, or are trying to get money for services my daughter would not even get from them. In my opinion, they are being dishonest by not giving people the products we were due, and now 3 months later billing my insurance when we have a different Pharmacy we receive all her supplies from. Something is just not right!! I would not recommend them, especially if you will need long term services with multiple items.
