customers loyalty doesn't matter anymore
I used to have a auto insurance coverage at Ellien Zogby in Liverpool, NY and once I told them I need a tow and to have the company bill them they were totally uncooperative. Telling me I had to call a tow service have them tow the car then go back to the office to show proof to only get HALF of what was paid! My question is why I am paying a full coverage amount for emergencies services, doing all the leg work and only get half of my money back because I chose to pick a place they didn't approve of. Never been late paying a bill never questioned why I have a extra $3.00 to pay because I pay by debit card over the phone, paying a $5.00 police fee which is ridiculous I thought tax payers paid their salary and this is what I get in return for over 25 years of service. I guess when a customer is that loyal and hardly ever uses services unless it is an emergency I get screwed. Well GOODBYE STATE FARM! I'm taking my loyal business elsewhere. And please try to refrain from posting a stupid negative comment from my response to try to make your company look better. You guys look pathetic doing that and you also look desperate. No one here is asking for your response to a review they are only asking for the CUSTOMERS review.
