We are very frustrated with M&M Taxi Service. When my husband arrived at the airport, his phone was dead and he tried calling M&M from a borrowed phone to request assistance. He could not locate the driver. He called four times and each time, the owner answered saying, "Stop calling here....if you keep calling I'm going to call the police for harassment." My husband tried desperately to identify himself and his situation only to be hung up on. Out of total frustration, he had to use a different taxi service. When he finally came home, he called again and left a detailed message explaining the situation and requesting a receipt mailed to him for the first service to the airport. We received no phone call back. Five days passed and we called again to request a receipt only to be rudely told by the owner, "We lost money because your husband wouldn't call us. You'll get your receipt," and then hung up on me. We wish there was a way to give negative stars on this rating as the owners customer service skills are terrible. We will never use M&M Taxi Service!.
