I went on line to get a quote and was able to schedule mobile service for the same day. Within minutes I received a confirmation email and within 30 minutes I received an email letting me know who the tech would be servicing my request. Randy called to let me know an approximate time he would arrive. Upon arrival he explained what he would be doing, how long it would take and my insurance coverage and cost. Upon completion, he vacuumed out the front seats and floors, reinstalled my EzPass and explained my nationwide warranty. Highly recommend Safelite.
