I've had my share of haircuts, hair color, and service at all the Toni and Guy locations in San Antonio. With that said, they are so over rated. Toni and Guy's prices are just crazy. The actual person who's cutting or coloring your hair makes less than the invisible (the owner) (Loretta for la cantera's location. Yes, you heard right, she makes a whopping 60% of all the cost that they charge to color or cut your hair. Word of advice from a customer of many years, quality and great customer service should be your focus. I feel that the staff is so pressured from the sorry management about inventory or redo’s that they forget it should be all about your customer. Returning to the salon is something the customer never I mean ever wants to do and seems to be a must because Toni and guy can NEVER get it right, no matter if it’s a cut or color. I recommend the manager/owner be there more often, re’-evaluate your current management and PRICES because they are ridiculous.
