Compared to other dentist, I found the the "Smile Dental Group" to be OK. That said I am writing the review because of the extremely poor billing. They had an huge lapse in billing: they misplaced my change in insurance AND change in contact info. Hence they (1) billed me for a full amount because they did not have the correct insurance company and (2) put collections on the issue because they could not contact me. Ironically they had the correction information for later procedures. I only found out about the collection issue 6 years later when I saw it on a credit report. They refused to work with me on the issue so I had to settle or be left with a credit scar.
