I don't know where I should make this complaint but since I can't talk to a real person I will start here and hopefully it will get to where it needs to go. I called this morning to ask why I was charged twice this month from my bank account and was told to call back and talk to an accountaint. When I did that I was on hold the first time for 20 minutes and called balled back several times after that with no one answering the phones. My name is Sharon McAnespy and I would like some one to call me at home at 405-454-6008 or I want to cancel my subscription.
