At first, I was extremely happy with the service that was provided by Cowboys when my AC unit went out unexpectedly this summer. David promised a great deal, a great warranty, and a great unit. He admitted up front that Cowboys wasn't the cheapest option - but the customer service that they provide is worth the price. Which would be great, if David had followed through on anything he promised. The new unit was put in, but it required the installers to cut a larger hole in my ceiling. David promised that he personally would take care of the repair. He was busy that night - but promised to come the next day. And then that weekend. And then pretty much every couple days after that but I still have a hole and a David who no longer answers my phone calls. The installers themselves shuffled out the day they put it in promising that the unit was almost finished and it would just take them 5 minutes another day to finish up one small part that they didn't have in the van. They have not returned either. I'm extremely disappointed with my entire experience with this company. Don't waste your money. If you're going to fight the customer service battle - you might as well get the best deal you can.
