Horrendous. When we arrived the place was over grown and roads were torn up, toilets were constantly running, the area in front of the bath house flooded every time it rained, ant piles everywhere, and cable was dropping off line due to the circuit breaker being in a renters electrical box where he/she could switch the power to the amp off and affect others. The costs were low (420 per month) that was why we were staying there. My husband started working for them to help get the place up to a nice level. Ten hour days, laying asphalt, mowing/weedeating the large property, trimming trees, spreading ant killer, repairing in ground water pipes, repairing toilets, fixing electrical issues, repairing work vehicles, painting, tiling, helping any customers with RV issues, and many other professional type jobs. He would even some times do work off the clock because he saw something that needed to be done and so he would do it... Picking up limbs, helping renters with their cable, AC or other RV issues. All this work for very little money (and crazy as it sounds, we still paid rent). A good friend "I call my Brother" needed a place to work (just starting out on his own) and a place to stay. I asked them if they could hire him to work with my husband, for free rent, the female mgr said no and started screaming that she knew how bad family members could be cause their family was messed up, no one could stay in a tent more than 14 days, and how bad tenters were. I asked if he could do manual work for them for free and he would pay his rent, they said no to that as well. (he needed to do some back breaking work and they could use the help) OK, so they turned down free work. The male manager was more calm and said he could not afford to pay the boy, and he could not afford to give him free work. "The number of renters are down and I might have to sell" was a comment made. Then "My Bro" arrived from out of state, he moved onto the property in a tent. (The rules limited him to 2 weeks. OK, no problem) Then he got a 5th wheel and asked if he could start renting a rv slot on the monthly basis. The woman went ballistic and yelled at him and told him she did not want him here, he was evicted, my husband was fired and we had to leave as well all by noon (by the way it was 12:06...he was on a lunch break from work). My friend left in tears. (There are many names for an evil woman that makes a young boy cry... I can't use any of them here). So when I confronted her about it (saying since she evicted us I want my rent back), she changed her story and said we could stay till the end of our rent. Right, your friend is evicted, your husband is fired, oh why don't you all stay around in a hostile environment for a few more weeks. That didn't make sense, other than she realized she would have to give us our money back so she changed her story and then it would be one persons word agains another. By the way I have a wonderful recording of her screaming (and turning an interesting shade of red) at us "Get out of the store...I don't want you no where in this park if you want to know the truth... you don't get no refund" (Yes she does speaks good english LOL) I thought she was going to have brain hemmorage right there she was screaming so much. Two major problems with this place, poor customer service and terrible business practice they lost over $800 a month in rent as well as the thousands of dollars in labor my husband was saving them. So if anyone is bringing crazy with them do not show up here they are full up.
