The rooms are nice but the customer service is not so good. When we went to check out and get a shuttle to the airport they told us to go wait outside for it to come. We waited for about 30 minutes before my husband went in to ask when it should arrive. At this point the person at the front desk said that we had to arrange it to come and get us. He asked them if they could come then and they said no we had to arrange it 24 hours in advance. Just curious why they would not tell customers this in advance?
