I have full confidence in both vets, and best of all, on two emergencies I got call backs within a few minutes even on a Saturday night. Both times they were able to give me excellent advice on what to do so I did not even need to bring them in, though they told me to call back if the dogs did not show the desired outcome and they would meet me in the office right away. The staff are great; cheerful and helpful. The appointments are scheduled so you often are alone in the waiting room or maybe one other animal which cuts down on conflict and stress for the animals. I usually wait less than 5 minutes. Once, when they had an emergency I think it might have been 15 minutes. It would be nice if things were cheaper, but I don;t think the prices would be cheaper else where. It is just the price of having older dogs that you care about.
