First visit for basic eye exam was good only until the next visit when the doctor asked us to get the allergy test. I was told that the charges will be covered by my insurance although I told them I have a high deductible limit. The front desk receptionist checked our insurance and made a few calls and said that we just had to pay only 30 dollars. Only to our surprise next month we were asked to pay $ 125 as the insurance refused to pay them.

It just does not feel right to keep the patient uninformed and lure him to get the services based on false (wrong) information. When i called later to resolve the issue..they said sorry we cannot do anything since the service has been provided and signed the documents now you have to pay $ 125.

Total disappointment especially when we are new in the states.. feels like we were looted and ripped off.

Advice: make sure that you get everything sorted out before you take the services. I am definitely not going there again.
