It is refreshing to see the complaints above, as I have had the same experience with this company. I worked for BMT years ago and did not receive my payment until over 3 months after the event I worked. They were apologetic, and stated it was very rare a for a payment to be delayed so long. Thinking it was a one time mistake in the past, I signed up to work an event this past April. Flash forward over 8 weeks later and I have still not been paid. I was told if I was not paid by July 31st to check back in! That's more than a month away! Something is really sketchy about the way this company does business and I am receiving legal advice. As a freelancer for many years, I have never experienced this kind of negligence to pay. It truly is unacceptable. I feel like a total fool for trusting them twice. Not only will I not work for them again, but I hope people will reconsider before they sign up with BMT. Also, companies that hire BMT should be aware of how they treat the people who work for them. In this economy, we have to look out for eachother and I don't want other people to experience the stress of not being compensated!
