so they first made a mistake by forgetting to put my apartment number on the shipping label which made my second day ground package unobtainable. i paid extra to get the package before i went on vacation. then they did not send the package while away on vacation (i had them on the phone telling them all this) they waited until i came back and had them ship it again via the slowest ground transportation. when asked why they shipped this this way they said it would loose money if they sent it any other way. this is how poor customer service does not pay. i now am a pissed off customer who is now spending time to write a poor review detailing this experience. i wonder how much money a documentation of this terrible experience is will cost them.
