I’m not impressed with Bonanza Property Management at all. I wrote them a letter instructing them of how to communicate with me while I was deployed for a year. Not once did they follow the instructing of contacting me via email. I only found out about issues with a renter after I called their office. Items I had requested repairs on took nearly 18 months before they ever came out to have a look at, requests to install a skylight using a contractor took 11 months, had to remodel my bathroom without the skylight as the work was done before they could even bother to reply. I sat in a board meeting with my HOA and Mr. Gordon Hazel, he assured me that he would look into this failed communications, nearly a month later he has yet to provide a reply, I have had to call their offices every week to follow up. I would never recommend this company to anyone who is serious about good communications and professionalism. Oh and don’t expect to get email from them they seem to only want to do business via U.S. Postal Service.
