I've been waiting 11 days for an estimate. Every time I call its a different story. "We will have it to you by Sat, no Sun, no Wed...well you see how it goes." For a company that has been around for 16 years, they sure do have plenty of excuses why they can't get a simple estimate to a potential customer.
