I purchased a promotional certificate at the price of $50, which included two visits to The Weigh of Life. The only restrictions for scheduling an appointment were that I call at least a week in advanced to do so. When I called in to schedule, I was told they could not accommodate me at all prior to the expiration date of my certificate. As a college student who paid for the promotional certificate in full, I expected to be able to follow the conditions of service as indicated by the certificate and receive the services I paid for. Instead, I was spoken to by a rude, unhelpful receptionist on behalf of a company unwilling to honor a pre-paid promotional offer. If this is what they consider 'good promotion,' I shudder to think what actual service at this center would be like. I can with great certainty say that I will never visit Weight of Life, and I will make sure that none of my friends or acquaintances do either. I have wasted my time and money, and I am very disappointed.
