As a family, we try to be respectful all. This includes businesses that do not deserve it. After repeatedly burning our yard with chemical spills and damaging our property, we have decided enough was enough. We have, on multiple occasions requested meeting with our service representative, when scheduled they do not show up. We then found out that our account has been turned over to a collection agency. We have been paying as agreed every two (2) weeks but when questioned about the payments, no one is able to provide a transaction history for our account. The checks have been cashed but the funds seem to be missing.
