My son was infected with impentigo, I recieved the rx from the doctor and went to my local Walgreens to have it filled. When I went to pick it up they lady told me that it was not covered by my insurance company. I refused the script and called the insurance company before I even left the parking lot. I kept in touch with the pharmacy and they kept in touch with me while I argued with the insurance company. Four hours later I had finally given up the next thing you know I get a phone call from Walgreens and she (Michele) said she had been calling as well and got the authorization code to get my son the RX. Michele went WAY above and beyond to help me and my son. They do have great people that work there, that do care about us!! Thank you!!
