I had an appoinment at your office today 11/29/12 at 5:30 p.m. to see doctor Harris, but I had a very bad experience with his office staff.The lady Connie De los Santos started talking to me in Spanish in a very unpolite way, she did not want to take my insurance info (Eye Med) because she did not find me on her system. I called Eye Med and they said that I was in the insurance, I asked her to take the phone and talk to the Eye Med representative and she refused to do it. She doesn't want to do her job.After that she started talking in English, she thought that I don't understand but I did, I am bilingual, that was so rude and discriminatory also she had a very bad body language and actitud. At the end I decided to leave the place. I will not never ever come back and recommend this place. I already started talking about this to everybody that I know, family members, friends and co-workers. Bad customer service don't deserve good customer and if they don't want us there we will not be there. I am gonna go to Pro Vision at Chinatown there is a very good Doctor and office staff.
